Steam and precision are key to success
With an anodising process that had been worked out in minute detail, our client was looking for a system that was equally sophisticated. The aluminium window and door profiles this company manufactures go through a whole process to ensure that they are fully weatherproof. Here, precision is key to success.
We replaced the existing low-pressure steam boiler with a high-pressure Viessmann one with a greater output that does keep the seal baths of our client at the required, constant temperature day after day. This is extremely important because only a seal bath of exactly 98 % ensures that the material loses its porosity and becomes fully weatherproof.
Smart interventions, greater efficiency
Also efficiency was focus of our study. All it took was a few smart interventions to quickly increase the original percentage. For one, we disconnected the low-temperature users from the steam system and connected them to a new central-heating boiler, also a Viessmann.
