Questions? We have the answers.

Yes, but currently only in the Netherlands through our local subsidiary Jonker. Jonker is certified to analyze and treat water from water-treatment systems for optimal operation.

A malfunction often results from wear or small deviations that have been present for some time. Preventive maintenance helps detect these issues early, preventing unexpected downtime, higher repair costs, and production loss. At the same time, the safety, energy efficiency, and service life of your installation remain optimally protected.

Callens Group aligns maintenance work with your production planning as much as possible to limit the impact on your operations. Where possible, we schedule maintenance during planned shutdowns or carry out the work in phases.

During a maintenance visit, our technicians inspect the mechanical, electrical, and control components of your installation. Depending on the application, we perform inspections, measurements, adjustments, and preventive replacements. Afterward, you receive an overview of the work performed, findings, and any recommendations.

Callens Group maintains industrial thermal, air, and emission-reduction installations. These include steam boilers, hot-water systems, thermal-oil systems, air-handling units, ventilation and extraction systems, heat pumps, CHP units, flue-gas recirculation systems, and other industrial process installations.

The ideal maintenance frequency depends on several factors, such as the type of installation, operating hours, the load of the production process, and applicable legislation. During a technical analysis, Callens Group works with you to define a maintenance schedule tailored to your installation and production environment.
