Heat from fire-tube boiler to industrial cooking pots
This customer, specialised in the production of ice cream pastes, dessert sauces and fruit preparations, had been keeping its production lines going with the help of our service technicians for a number of years, for we had been entrusted with the flawless maintenance of the boiler room. When activities were relocating to brand-new premises, we were first in line to build a new boiler room there.

We installed two Viessmann boilers with an output of 3.2 tons of steam per hour each and fitted them with a Weishaupt burner and a PLC system. The first fire-tube boiler acts as the main boiler, the second one as backup because, at certain times of the year, production needs extra power to produce specific products. Finally, we built the collector and directed the steam to the production hall via a sustainable pipeline network.
