Furnace room with branches to multiple heating stations
We built a completely new furnace room with a pipeline network that branches off to 26 heat stations. The boiler itself delivers 2.5 tons of steam per hour. From there, steam and condensate pipelines leave for the bulk containers. However, the steam also flows to a heat exchanger to heat cold water to a maximum temperature that stays below 100°C.
The pipeline network consists of aluminum sheeting which we further insulated with rock wool to minimize radiation losses. An economizer was also put into place to push the efficiency up to 95.25%.

Data flows in a structured way to the end customer
Heat is not the only thing that flows on this plant, yet also the structured data that comes with it. The Cauls wrote a data system for the customer so he can gather information, such as the amount of heat that was used and the heating duration, to bill his end customer fluently and correctly. We push that data from our system to the customer's own system. This keeps everything centralized and clear.
