A bespoke central heating boiler for every purpose
Central heating boilers can be fully customised to your line of business and production process. Thanks to their simple structure and limited need for auxiliary equipment, our engineers can swiftly connect your new or revamped system to your existing equipment to give you the highest energy yield, always in line with the applicable legislation. Depending on your requirements, we can also include additional energy recovery systems.
Central heating boilers come with their controls built in. It goes without saying that we can also fit your system with an additional PLC for a more in-depth integration with your process.
Our range of industrial central heating boilers
Industrial central heating boilers can be subdivided into two types: condensing boilers and three-pass boilers. Our engineers start by choosing the best one for your situation. Next, they calculate what type of burner will suit your process best, taking account of overall output, resistance of the boiler body and emissions. Boiler rooms that require a high and flexible output we would usually upgrade to a cascade configuration, which will give you a higher yield and greater control range.
Characteristics of our central heating boilers:
- Up to 8 MW
- Low medium temperature
- Direct fired
- Can be combined with a thermal oil process for cooling
