Callens is the market leader in industrial heating and air technologies. We offer our customers full-service solutions, from design and installation to a flawless after-sales service. Everything is done in-house.

At Callens, we believe that real progress is only possible if technical excellence, sustainability and safety go hand in hand. By applying technology intelligently, we manage to reduce emissions, optimise energy consumption, and make systems future-proof.

  1. The safety of both our own staff and third parties is a priority if accidents (personal injury) and damage to property are to be prevented. At our sites, in our workshops, and in the office. Thanks to our comprehensive safety policy, Callens is VCA [Safety Checklist for Contractors] certified.  

  2. The high, technical quality standards are set by the Department of Technology and monitored by the entire project team, from our Technical Sales Engineers to Project Engineers, not to mention the Purchasing Team. Furthermore, every member of staff ensures that our technologically outstanding projects are approached in a customer-oriented manner.

  3. We develop sustainability in 3 areas: the environment, well-being and governance. The concrete objectives and actions are defined in our sustainability policy, and we report on this in accordance with the VSME.

At our sites, in our workshops, and in the office. Our ecological sustainability objectives inter alia include:

  • Reducing CO2 at corporate and stakeholder level
  • Reducing water consumption and making maximum use of rainwater
  • Limiting waste streams
  • Preventing environmental damage

 

Our HSQE manager, together with our specialists/managers, continuously monitors the technical quality of our systems, the safety and well-being of the staff, including our care for the environment and our compliance with all the relevant laws and regulations in these 3 areas. This also translates into an integrated management system (ISO9001, ISO14001)

Our 5 key themes ensure that the quality of our solutions and services remains first-rate and that customer centricity is our number one priority. We think it is only right that we safeguard our knowledge and expertise via training, frequent communication, etcetera. That way we, as an organisation, will always be in a position to do even better.
