Callens assisted this transport company in expanding its lanes for tank heating in the port of Ghent. An additional amount of 24 tank containers can now easily join to get reliable warmth.
Steam and central heating for stable warmth
The new connections to the steam and central heating containers are located on the recently built container and tank farm of the transport company. They are a relief for the growing activity on site and make way for the efficient heating of 20 extra steam containers and 4 central heating containers. Even though this expansion is already substantial, it doesn’t have to end there. We’ve prepared the site for an extra boiler and extra connections in the future.
Personalized software for analysis and billing
During the heating cycle the personalized PLC sends information to our customer. The automated stream of information allows him to monitor the most important parameters, such as steam pressure, and temperature and valve position, continuously and to draw up invoices efficiently.
