60 tons of steam for 100 % Belgian potato products
The steam room of this Belgian potato-processing plant is now producing an eye-watering 60 tons of steam per hour. In 2016, we already fitted the first fire-tube boiler, a Condor by Standardkessel with a steam output of 30 tons per hour, for this client.

By 2018, their potato products were so much in demand that it was only a matter of time before steam output would have to be doubled. And so, we installed an identical Condor fire-tube boiler. The company now has a highly efficient and reliable supply of steam to swiftly peel, blanch, dry and cook the enormous quantities of potatoes.
