Air curtain fends off dust without closing industrial hall

Dust and sand are not welcome in this transshipment company's industrial hall. With our powerful air curtain, the customer can now keep it clean without having to close the hall gate on and off, keeping operations there up to speed. 

A giant air curtain protects the 7-meter-high entrance from stray dust and sand. The size of the curtain is certainly not a standard size. After all, we didn't want any particle to pass through over this long distance.  

We meticulously measured the gate at the entrance and the environment around it to end up with an airtight design. In addition, we visualized the air curtain in a 3D model to make correct calculations for installation. 

The transshipment company could not find a party anywhere that could design such a large and powerful air curtain until our engineers got to work. What’s even more, we were able to finish the final installation in 2 days. The faster the dust and sand stayed out, the better for the company's operations.
