Steam for state-of-the-art production site
Steam is the binding factor in the brand-new and state-of-the-art production site of this cardboard producer. The result he needs are perfectly glued layers of cardboard, and that’s where our steam plays an import role. The customer prepares the glue himself, and we keep it at the right temperature for excellent adhesive strength. Next, our heat warms the rollers where the different layers of paper pass. At the end of the process a beautiful end product waits for distribution.
Tuned to the production area and rhythm
We connected the return condensate unit that was already there to the steam installation so the re-evaporation steam of the high pressure return condensate can be transformed to low pressure steam. In addition, we installed an electric unit that connects the entire installation and that is perfectly tuned to the production area and rhythm.
