An electric steam boiler is the ideal choice for a carbon-neutral production facility with limited steam demand, especially in a place where innovation is a priority. Our steam boiler delivers 900 kg/h of steam, used for peeling potatoes and blanching and frying derivative products.
Electric represents simplicity and requires minimal maintenance
An electric steam installation is relatively simple in structure. The control system is less complex than that of a gas-fired installation because there are no burners, no need to consider space for a chimney, and the adjustment is also easier. One thing to consider is that the transformer requires some space, but we design it as compact as possible.

For every step forward in the construction of the Innovation Center, we took two to ensure we meet the kickoff deadline for the opening. By keeping everything within the Callens group - from design and project management to installation - we confirmed the customer's trust. The timing could not have been better.
