Zero by 2050 is coming closer with hybrid steam boilers

To achieve zero emissions by 2050 – step by step, with the first milestone of halving emissions by 2030 – we installed two hybrid steam boilers, each with a capacity of 15 T/h, for this sugar manufacturer. This grower and manufacturer of potatoes is one of Callens’ loyal customers since years. His potatoes are being peeled perfectly, day and night, with steam produced by Callens. Now, we’ve added a thermal oil boiler to the furnace room to support the extra production capacity.

One extraction system, twice the benefit

A powerful extraction system lets our customer combine his animal feeds in a clean environment. The dust that is blown into the air during the process is eliminated immediately and recovered to market as a residual product.
