Callens continues to break record: 12th nomination as Trends Gazelle in 14 years
Only earlier this year, Callens received its 11th award as Trends Gazelle and by this time the family business from Waregem is already looking forward to its 12th. It is again an exceptional achievement in the history of Trends Gazellen.
Callens makes the difference for both customers and Cauls
As an engineering, installation and service company for heat and air technology, the basis for Callens’s success is clear: a strong focus on the ideal solution for customers and entrepreneurship among the employees. Tommie Duyvejonck, HR Director at Callens, explains: “Our HR policy offers the Cauls, that is, our employees, the chance to grow their technical and their personal skills. This results in motivated people who go the extra mile for to offer our customers a tailor-made solution.”
Project ownership from beginning to end
Every customer knocking on Callens’ door can expect complete peace of mind for his entire thermal project. And that’s the ultimate success factor of the family owned business. It assumes project ownership from beginning to end. All installations are engineered in house and installed by the Cauls themselves. Piping is another one of their specialties. And for sublime after service, there is an entire service team following up all projects after completion.
If you add the cogeneration expertise of its subsidiary company CallensVyncke, and the thermal oxidizers and heat recovery systems of its subsidiary company Optimum by Callens to the expertise mix, it’s clear customers cannot be better off at the Callens group.
CallensVyncke, by the way, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a nomination as Trends Gazelle 2021 too, which is well-deserved after all the efficient energy plants they have started up ever since.
