His new central heating installation delivering 4.000 kW was going to be placed in a tiny furnace room, that had yet to be constructed, which forced us to think extra carefully about the location of each and every component. We designed the installation in such a way that the most important components were easily reachable.
The customer’s maintenance technicians were given a clear image of the most efficient and safe manner to service the installation, thanks to the detailed VR world they discovered. Our service department further unburdens the customer by doing a check-up twice a year and by thoroughly servicing the boilers and their burners once a year.
Extra capacity guarantees back-up heat
The central heating installation we proposed has a capacity of no less than 4.000 kW. That’s more than needed, though the power guarantees heat even when an interruption of any kind on the site takes place, which is essential to safeguard the customer’s end product.
